We understand that the needs of property developers or brokers differ, for instance, from the needs of banks. This is why our analysts create specialist statistical reports for a selected location or area. The Property Prices Database allows for the development of multidimensional reports as regards property value dynamics. We also offer expert analyses, and an examination of investment attractiveness of a property. We will tell you which properties have the greatest potential. We also prepare property price indices in which we present average quarterly prices and percentage ratios of their changes for 20 provincial cities and 16 provinces (excluding the provincial cities), based on data from the Property Prices Database.

Reports and indices provide assistance in the decision-taking process to:

  • property developers, by giving them the possibility, for instance to analyse their competition, indicate the transaction prices of properties (with specific information on cities, districts or any selected areas, e.g. street blocks) and monitor trends and changes on the local markets. In addition, they may also gain knowledge on average prices of commercial premises (so-called “small commerce”) in a given town or city;
  • investment funds and other players on the property market, with an assessment of investment potential, price trends for a given area or local market liquidity;
  • banks and debt collection agencies which use indices to verify the portfolio value of properties financed by bank loans.
